Grinding is substrate work: we mechanically prepare a hard floor so the covering can be installed properly. It is its own line in the quote when the slab needs it. We do not publish equipment models or production rates.

Is grinding included in every floor quote?
No. We include it when the substrate needs it, as a visible line. A floor that is already suitable does not get a grinding charge invented onto it.
